Welcome to Aarti Sangrah (आरती संग्रह), a free devotional app offering a beautiful collection of Hindu Aartis in Marathi. This Privacy Policy explains how our app handles (or rather, does not handle) your information.

• Aarti Sangrah is a free, public devotional app — no login, account, or registration is required.
• It is available to anyone who downloads it from the Google Play Store.
• The app provides Marathi Aartis (Hindu devotional songs) for spiritual reading and listening.
• Content is loaded from our secure Firebase database and displayed to you.

We want to be completely transparent. We do not collect the following:

• Name, email address, phone number, or any contact details
• Precise or approximate location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, or network-based)
• Photos, camera access, microphone, or media files
• Contacts or call logs
• Financial or payment information
• Government-issued IDs or sensitive personal information
• Health or biometric data
• Browsing history or search queries

To improve your app experience, the following preferences are saved only on your device and are never transmitted to us:

• Dark mode preference (on/off)
• Font size setting
• Auto-scroll speed preference
• Your list of favourite Aartis
• Aarti content cached offline for faster loading

You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Our app uses the following Google services which may collect anonymised, non-personal diagnostic data:

• Firebase Cloud Firestore — to load Aarti content from our database
• Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage statistics (e.g. number of users, screen views). No personally identifiable data is linked.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — to send optional push notifications about new Aartis or updates
• Firebase In-App Messaging — to show in-app announcements if needed
• Google AdMob — to serve ads. AdMob may use an advertising ID to show relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to any data collected by these services at an individual level.

The app may request permission to send you push notifications about new Aartis, festivals, or updates. You are free to allow or deny this permission.

• Notifications are sent to topic subscribers (e.g., all users), not to individuals.
• We do not know who you are when sending notifications.
• You can disable notifications at any time in your device's system settings.

The app may display advertisements served by Google AdMob to support free access to the app. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to personalise ads.

• You can opt out of personalised ads via Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation on your Android device.
• Ads are never targeted based on your aarti usage, favourites, or in-app behaviour.
• We do not share any data with advertisers ourselves.

Aarti Sangrah is a devotional app suitable for all ages, including children. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk to children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Since we do not collect or transmit personal data, the risk to your personal information is minimal. The Aarti content served through Firebase is protected by Google's industry-leading security infrastructure.

• All network communication uses HTTPS / TLS encryption.
• Firebase Firestore access is protected by security rules.
• No user passwords or sensitive data are ever handled by our app.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. However, you always have the right to:

• Uninstall the app at any time — all local data is removed automatically.
• Deny notification permissions when prompted.
• Opt out of personalised ads through your device settings.
• Contact us with any privacy-related questions.
